Marriage.

Marriage is considered one of the cornerstones of our society. Unfortunately some 50% percent of marriages end up as divorces.

Marriage counselling’s primary aim is to diagnose where it’s breaking down. Some of these breakdown reasons could be unbearable feelings and echoes of the past, survival kits cross matching, victim playing and rescuing, unrealistic expectations, inequality of love levels and commitment, power struggles due to lack of negotiation skills, refusal to enter each others’ interests/worlds, mutual exhaustion (working too hard), different love languages, differing and unresolved attitudes to child discipline, sexual difficulties, insecurity, controlling spouse, affair, grief, jealousy or self-hatred, setting boundaries and not feeling like anyone’s listening.

No matter how ‘bad’ your marriage may be at the moment, it CAN be restored, if both parties are willing to try.
